Sydney PTI : Australian Premier Premier Pat Cummins said on Wednesday that the Indian Premier League, the IPL, would fit well if the T20 World Cup in Australia is postponed. If the ICC T20 World Cup 2020 is postponed due to IPL 2020's most expensive bowler corona virus epidemic, then the October-November window will be available for the 13th season of IPL.
The IPL 2020 season, postponed by the BCCI until further orders, can be held in October-November, but for this the conditions of corona virus should be cured in India. Pat Cummins, who bought Kolkata Knight Riders ie KKR for Rs 15.5 crore while speaking to reporters here, said, "If a window opens up, I think IPL will fit into it well."
I have a lot of reasons to move on, but the main one is this great tournament." Whether or not the postponement of the T20 World Cup will be decided at the ICC board meeting to be held today. However, former Australian captains Allan Border and Ian Chappell are not happy that the IPL is in place of the T20 World Cup.
On the other hand, Pat Cummins has said that he wants to return to the field. Cummins has said, "I just want to get ready for a comeback and look forward to the next tour." At the same time, the former players of the Kangaroo team believe that the same players are in favor of the IPL replacing the T20 World Cup, which has got a big contract in the IPL. Among such players are players like Pat Cummins, David Warner, Steve Smith and Aaron Finch.
