Shoaib Akhtar called Sehwag a 'liar', said - tells concocted story to the world

New Delhi : Former Pakistan cricket team fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar often tries his best to remain in the headlines by talking about anything related to him, if not the former or current player of Team India. Now Shoaib Akhtar has made a sensational disclosure about Virender Sehwag. Actually, this story is very old when Sehwag scored a triple century in Test cricket against Pakistan cricket team in Multan Test and scored 309 runs.

It was a historic Test match for Sehwag, but during this match there was an incident which made a lot of headlines. Actually when Sehwag was batting in this match, Pakistan team fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar was so upset while bowling him that he started throwing short balls with the intention of harassing him. On this ball, Shoaib was repeatedly telling Sehwag to put a hook shot on it. Sehwag said on Shoaib that your father is standing on the other end and tell him to hit the hook shot. At that time, Sachin Tendulkar was on non-strike with Sehwag.

Now Shoaib Akhtar has told that no such incident took place during that Test match. He said that these things of Sehwag are completely untrue. I never asked Sehwag to hit a hook shot. He told that in the year 2011, he also spoke with Sehwag and Gambhir on this issue and Gautam Gambhir is also aware of this.

Talking on the Hello app, Shoaib Akhtar said that when Sehwag was playing a brilliant innings during the Multan Test match, he never asked him to hit a four. Let me tell you that Sehwag had said about this Test match that during his batting, Shoaib was repeatedly telling him that Chauka Maar Na Chauka, then I told him that you are bowling or begging me. Whatever the case may be, but this was the first time that Sehwag had scored the first triple century in his Test career and also became the batsman to score the first triple century in Test cricket from India. There are two triple centuries in Test cricket in the name of Sehwag.
